Our application process is 3-stage:

 

First interview with HR:

In a telephone conversation, for which we take 30 to 60 minutes, we look together at whether the mutual expectations match. Does Smart Commerce fit your wishes and needs? Do you bring the spirit that we would like to see in our colleagues? If it suits both sides, we move on to the next step.

Tec-Talk with one of our experts:

You have technical skills and would like to develop them further or in a related area? We have a defined skillset that we are looking for - In this conversation you will go into the technical details and together we will see: Are we a good technical match?

Final interview in person / via teams with the hiring manager, i.e. the potential manager

So far, your potential manager (if it wasn't them who did the TecTalk) hasn't really been involved yet - so there's generally one last interview where you get to know your potential boss. We prefer to do this in person, because when you sit across from each other over a coffee, tea or just to exchange ideas, you can best assess whether a collaboration could work out well. If it doesn't work out on site - no problem! Then we use Microsoft Teams to get to know you virtually. In this conversation, we clarify the last questions from both sides and usually go into a more detailed exchange about your salary and contract expectations.

If everything fits...

...then you will receive a digital contract offer from us within a few days.
