Jena/Leipzig, February 17, 2023 - Smart Commerce SE strengthens its position in the unified commerce market by acquiring Quajoo GmbH, a software developer specializing in cloud solutions and omnichannel projects based in Leipzig and San Francisco. The acquisition enables Smart Commerce to offer customer-specific solutions for the entire value and logistics chain in both B2B and B2C.
Quajoo has been specializing in cloud-based solutions in the international retail segment since 2008, including as a global solution partner for the leading NewStore omnichannel platform. Customers in the active lifestyle segment include Rapha, GANNI, Marine Layer, R.M. Williams, SkateDeluxe, and Outdoor Voices.
