As a FactFinder partner agency and experienced e-commerce service provider, we work successfully in various industries and projects with FactFinder as a solution for search, navigation, and recommendations.
At the start of the project, Spryker's standard Elasticsearch was used – a search solution that, as it soon became apparent, was not up to Seefelder's use cases. Thanks to the long-standing and successful partnership between Smart Commerce and FactFinder, the team already had the right search solution at its disposal. Customers can also segment and filter products themselves, for example by brand shops. Various marketing campaigns and recommendations from SEEFELDER also support research and provide inspiration.
With the successful website relaunch project, Smart Commerce implemented a Sitecore FactFinder integration for fischer for the first time. The aim of the project was to create a comprehensive search backend to which only the website is initially connected, but to which several different touchpoints can be connected in the future. As part of the project, Smart Commerce also took on the implementation of FactFinder and the optimization of the product search. For this purpose, a special REST interface was developed, which now makes it possible to request product data via the existing Sitecore-based website and thus use the FactFinder search.
