What is a DXP?

Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is a platform solution designed to create cross-channel, unified, and personalized experiences for customers and partners. It enables seamless and intelligent integration of various systems to ensure consistent digital communication across all touchpoints.

Is a DXP a CMS?

When exploring DXPs, one cannot overlook a central component: the Content Management System (CMS).
