Technical Operation.

For trouble-free, high-performance and secure running of an eCommerce platform, we offer optimization services so that our customers can ensure trouble-free and optimal operation of their eCommerce platforms at all times:

  • The examination of an IT system and (new) conception and optimization of the infrastructure.
  • Takeover, administration and monitoring of the technical operation of an eCommerce or online platform.

For the technical operation we used the following tools:

  1. an incident management system,
  2. semi-automated prioritization of requests for severity and impact on business operations for each reported or automatically detected incident,
  3. Ticket system with processing according to agreed service levels,
  4. Analysis and reproduction of an error image to find a fast and sustainable solution,
  5. further escalations to third party suppliers of purchased software parts,
  6. 7x24 emergency standby by phone or email by our experts,
  7. Monitoring of contractually agreed response times,
  8. Weekly or monthly reporting on all processed incidents and their status.
