Technical Operation.

For the technical operation we used the following tools:
- an incident management system,
- semi-automated prioritization of requests for severity and impact on business operations for each reported or automatically detected incident,
- Ticket system with processing according to agreed service levels,
- Analysis and reproduction of an error image to find a fast and sustainable solution,
- further escalations to third party suppliers of purchased software parts,
- 7x24 emergency standby by phone or email by our experts,
- Monitoring of contractually agreed response times,
- Weekly or monthly reporting on all processed incidents and their status.
