For this we analyze your current business processes, data, functions and interfaces, as well as possible GAPs between the selected platform standard software components and your specific process and function.
The initially determined process and function GAPs are used to determine the scope and complexity of customizing the standard software. Together with the integration efforts and the frontend web design efforts this GAP is the basis for the initial product backlog as well as the implementation estimation. The hardware and software requirements are checked and, if necessary, procurement of hardware, software and operations is planned.
